Hi.

Actually, there are two IOTA prefill database active by default.
First one is regex type: iota_rgx.txt
Second one is DTB type: IOTA.DTB

Both files can be found in subdirectory called Database.

Neil, EI3JE sent me new version of this file with correct rules for GZ/MZ
prefixes, and many others.
Also, for DXC users, new release (2.3.9) have built in IOTA reference check
from DXC comment, so it should
assign it correctly for any spot received with IOTA reference in the
comment.

Plan is to upload new release in the public folder during evening time
today. Also, new prefill databases will be included in it.
