- CWAUTO text command now opens CW autosending dialog. (TNX R9IR)
- New option available: Options->Interface specific options->Automatically
open/close digi window on mode change.
  Usable in multi mode contest. When checked, it will automatically open
digi mode window when mode is changed to some digital modes.
  Also, when mode is changed to some non digital mode (for example cw/ssb),
it will close digi mode window immediately. (TNX IU4AZC)
- DXC spot mode is now also checked in the spot comment. If correct mode is
parsed from the comment, it will be associated with the spot.
  Otherwise, DXLog will check for the mode from bandplan.
- When MMVARI is used as decoder, carrier frequency and NET/AFC state is
stored in the config and restored when digital window is reopened. (TNX
IU4AZC)
- Some fixes included in SA SPRINT config file according to the rules. (TNX
K6MR)
- New config option available: DXC_COMMENT_EXTRACT.
  It can be configured to extract some exchange / multiplier information
from this field.
  Used for IOTA contest to extract IOTA reference from DXCluster comments.
