[DXLog.net - Support] IOTA

Multi-2 category is added...
So, according to new rules, in Multi op part, now we have Multi-1 and
Multi-2 categories
with band/mode change limit per hour.

New config is already sent to Jim (M0CKE) for test.
If all will be OK, it will be included in new release.
