[DXLog.net - Support] Morserunner SO2R and Ctrl+ALT+L

The solution is for 9A5K to include a monitor level slider in the DXlog
"Morse Runner Parameters" window.
This makes everybody happy.

Of course the slider sets both morse runners instances that are running
within dxlog.
