[DXLog.net - Support] RSGB 2nd 1.8MHz Issue

Hi,
Just a minor thing. The RSGB 1.8MHz contest allows entrants to log the
exchange from other stations even if they are not the RSGB postcode type
of exchange - e.g. OE stations are sending an exchange. 
Quote - "Exchanges from stations in other contests must be logged as
sent"
Unfortunately the received exchange field in DXLog in this contest only
accepts UK post codes.
