[DXLog.net - Support] Shortened space between callsign and report

Hi Chris,
I'll try that.

However, it sounds a bit ugly to send the callsign and exchange without 
any space in between.

N1MM allows you to set up a half space using a special character: a 
tilde "~", something like that is what I was trying to find if it was 
already implemented in DXlog.net
