[DXLog.net - Support] Audio switching

I am not sure how to describe this request, but hopefully someone can point
me in the right direction.

One of the big features of N1MM+ I like is use of the ` key (also tilde)
for audio focus.  The feature is keyboard independent, and I can't figure
out how to get DXLog to do the same thing.

Basically when running two keyboards if I hit the ` key on the radio 1
keyboard, the audio goes from stereo to JUST the radio 1 audio in both
ears.  If I hit the ` key on the radio 2 keyboard, it switches to the radio
2 keyboard.  Hitting the ` key again on any keyboard reverts back to stereo.

The important thing is that it is PER KEYBOARD, and does not require TX
focus or anything silly like that.

Anyone else do this?  What am I missing?
