[DXLog.net - Support] SCC RTTY contest file missing line

Hi

for sending live score to cqcontest.net there is a mistake in contest file.
The command LIVESCORE_MODE=RTTY is missing and this causes an error from
score server.
To fix it just add the line to the contest file.
