Hi Rag.

I suppose you are using AFSK mode?

2 khz offset is because of decoder freq correction, your vfo frequency +/- audio frequency.
This is to show you correct frequency for spotting and bandmap scrolling.

Of course, you can turn it off in options->interface specific options menu.
There is option to use or not use decoder frequency correction.
