[DXLog.net - Support] DXLog.net v2.3.10 available

Hi all.

After a bit longer time than usual, version 2.3.10 is finally released.
There are a lot of fixes included in it as well as some new features.
Some of them are noted in release notes and also in this email.

New antenna server application is now supported, we work on compatibility
support for few
devices there (currently K1LZ and MOAS II by K1XM is supported). Need more
testing on this,
so this isn't shipped with this version yet.

The team is now more focused on new multiplatform edition v3, so hope to
start
beta testing very soon. But more on that in separate topic, when it will be
ready.

- When visible in log lines, operator name and frequency wasn't refreshed

- $OTRSP=x macro implemented. Send custom commands to OTRSP device. (TNX

- ARI DX contest config changed to new rules. (TNX IK2NCJ)
- When contest with periods was active, radio 2 entry line period wasn't
updated correctly. Fixed.
- QSO editing, problem with qso editing, when dupe qso existing in the log
after edit qso. Multiplier wasn't updated correctly. Fixed. (TNX IU3AZC)
- UBA PSK63 config adjusted to new rules.
- NAQP/NASprint config changed for new rules. (TNX W9PA)
