[DXLog.net - Support] Switching vfo focus?

Hi Rich.

Just checked here. This works normally in CW, but it seems there is some
issue when RTTY is used.
Let me check it here more detailed.
As I see, TX goes to correct MMTTY / MMVARI window, but focus is changed to
R1.
