[DXLog.net - Support] bandmap scroll with floating windows

Hi Enrico,
    yes, just the same issue here. Very annoying indeed!
During the RTTY Roundup this weekend the bandmap was just useless.
Only works ok if the list is short enough, i.e. with no scrolling bar on 
the side.
I hope Chris will fix it soon.
