[DXLog.net - Support] Winkey control

Hi John.

I am on the way back home. Need to publish new DXL release before the
weekend because of rule changes, so will check this too.
Most probably, I will add new Winkey config screen, where this can be set.
Should be back in 9A tomorrow, so more info follows.
