[DXLog.net - Support] $INS and $PLUS DVK messages

This may be an old problem (I don’t work much phone): I can record the INS and PLUS DVK messages using Shift-Insert or Shift-+ (it creates the .wav files), but they will not play when using $INS and $PLUS in either the SO2R scenario setup or the regular message setup.  $F1 through $F7 work fine.  I can assign $Fn message to Insert or Plus and they also work fine.

Bug, limitation, or ??
