Hi all.

This is a problem with RDXC.txt contest config file.

Fixed one can be downloaded from here:
http://dxlog.net/sw/download/contest/RDXC.txt

Or you can edit your version and add this line to it:

QSO_NUMBER_CATEGORY=ALL;ALL;ALL;PER_BAND;PER_BAND

Fix will be included with new release, of course.
