[DXLog.net - Support] WPX CW - note for stations operating from NA

Hi all.

We just recently discovered that current version isn't scoring correctly,
if you work
this contest from NA. It was fixed last year, but for some reason source
control sent
previous version to build machine

If you need quick fix, download config file from this link:

http://dxlog.net/sw/download/contest/CQWPX.zip

After that, extract the content of zip file (it contains cqwpx.txt file
only) into your DXLog.net
installation folder in subfolder called Contest (overrired existing file in
it).
And restart DXLog.

Scoring will be correct.

This fix only have affects on station which works from NA. Others doesn't
need it.
