[DXLog.net - Support] Morserunner

As a new user of DXLog I wanted to use the Morsrunner integration to
retrain my muscle memory.

I however found a few problems:

1. I don't seem to be able to change the side tone frequency. (Which is
very low)
2. Regardless of settings, the report is unabbreviated, 599, not 5NN.
2. The $CR in the "+" macro is not silent but transmitted as "CR"

Any help would be welcome.,
