[DXLog.net - Support] 2.3.17 does not restart

Hi Chris, HNY.
I was running V2.3.17 normally and I had a crash . Then rebooted the PC but
dxlog does not restart: I launch the icon but I don't get the green
starting window.
Then SW disinstalled, reinstalled again, still same situation.
Tried with an older version and still in trouble.

Is there any file to be deleted somewhere?
