[DXLog.net - Support] Custom form and scripting

Hi Anton,

I have written many scripts form DXLog but never understood how to create a
custom form using the template at http://dxlog.net/sw/development/
How do you add it to DXLog.net and make it run? It does not seem to work to
add it using the Scripts Manager.
