The DXLog.net software is a non-commercial software product provided at no cost.
It is made available through a cost-free license with a 12 month duration. During this period the software may be upgraded to new versions without renewal of the license. An installed version of the software will not stop to operate at license expiration.
It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfrigemenet. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damanges or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out or in connection with the software or the use of other dealings in the software.
