[DXLog.net - Support] Version 2.0

Note:  in Win-Test, the hyphen or minus key (-) quickly activates Split
mode.  It would be nice if DXLog.net could support that function in similar
fashion, for rigs that support it:

   - Touch hyphen and it prompts for a QSX frequency
   - Press Enter without entering a frequency, and it disables split mode.
   - Split status is indicated under VFO B at the top of the Band Map
   window.

I also noticed that in the CW keyboard window (Alt-K), SO2R headphone
switching keystrokes such as Ctrl-Alt-S don't work as expected (instead you
see an "S" typed in the window).
