Has anyone developed a contest definition file for the 7-Land QSO Party
(7QP) this weekend?  World works W7 land (but not each other) for points.
 Lots of rare states will be on the air.

mutpliers and scoring for stations inside and outside of W7-land.

Hard part for logging program is logging stations on multiple county lines:

N7TR Exchange:  NVSTO/WAS

probably easier to just to have users log one line per QSO:

N7TR Exchange:  NVSTO
N7TR Exchange:  NVWAS

This should not count as dupe but as two QSOs, two multpliers.
