[DXLog.net - Support] Updated database for WAG

Hello all,

for the upcoming Worked All Germany Contest I've compiled a new 
DOK_db.txt, which is a merge version of the latest DXLog.net database 
and the one compiled from the official results of the DARC contests 
2008-2013 by Chris DK9TN (DARC 10m Contest Manager).

Contains 3575 callsigns (original version 3225).
