I think that I know where is the problem.

DXLog.net in current version has IC-746 as possible selection in radio
window.
But, actually, it is IC-746Pro.
There is a difference in default CI-V between these two radio.
IC-746Pro (and IC-7400) are using same default CI-V address which is $66.
Default CI-V address for IC-746 is $56.

I suppose you have IC-746 (not Pro version), and here is the problem.

In the new version, I've added new radio on the list (IC-746 Pro). And CI-V
address
for IC-746 is corrected to be $56.

Also, new version will bring possibility for user to change CI-V address
for ICOM radio in
the Config screen.
