Thanks for the comments.

Regarding KST, I've added just simple telnet version for now, when we used
it in our V/U/SHF efforts here.
The plan is to expand it in little bit more sophisticated version, with
possibilities of filtering, automatically parsing messages
and adding to bandmap, "meep-meep" warnings etc.

This will be task for wintertime, together with some other VHF/UHF stuff
like Worked Grids map, statistics etc, so we can prepare
more VHF/UHF stuff for next season.
