[DXLog.net - Support] EXFSK and MMVARI

For real serial port or microHAM box, I also wanted to use FSK8250.  It
works standalone for MMVARI but I can't figure out how to make MMVARI use
either EXTFSK or FSK8250 with DXLog.net.
