[DXLog.net - Support] CQWW RTTY

Hi again.

Just checked this here, and as mentioned before, this one is easy to add.
CQWW RTTY (CQWWR.txt) is modified here and will be included in new 
release v2.1.7.

Following 4 lines has to be added in it:

/DB_FILE=USA-VE_db.dtb//
//DB_FILE_TYPE=DTB//
//DB_FILE_COL_RCVD=-1//
//DB_FILE_COL_RECINFO=1//
/
This will prefill RECINFO field with value from USA-VE database file.
And prefilled value will be also used when evaluating data from DX Cluster.

Also, you can modify CQWWR.txt easily with simple text editor if you 
want to try immediately.
