[DXLog.net - Support] RDA Contest regions missing

Hi,
as EA7KB writes in the RDA contest file there are RDA regions are 
missing. I added
RK01=ZHELEZNODOROZHNY
RK02=KIEVSKY
RK03=CENTRALNY
and
SE01=GAGARINSKY AREA
SE02=LENINSKY AREA
SE03=NAKHIMOVSKY AREA
SE04=BALAKLAVSKY AREA /incl. INKERMAN/
during the contest to the RDAC.txt file.
Not sure if these are all since I only participated for some hours.

Is there a way during the contest to log such QSOs that bring up the 
message "invalid multiplier" and block logging?
