Hi John.

By default, all files are copied from Program files directory to AppData
directory, if there isn't newer version already in AppData directory.
Basically, what is in Program files directory are default shipped files
with installation. User edited, or updated files should be in AppData
directory.
Main reason was also to avoid problems with file permissions on newer
operating systems, which usually doesn't allow changes in Program files
directory,
unless you run the software as admin.

So, DXLog by default always looks for files in AppData directory. Anyway,
if you edited file in Program files directory, it will be copied in AppData
directory
during application start and copy from AppData directory will be used in
the software.
Of course, you can select Prefill database manually from some other
directory through menu option.

73,
Chris - 9A5K
