- Multiple keyboards can be used for SO2R(V) mode. Check Options->Keyboard
selector to assign separate keyboard for each
  entry line. (TNX CT1BOH)
- Live score - qso/mult breakdown posting can be turned off. In that case
only totals are posted.
- Live score - https / authenticated posting is implemented.
- SQLite dll's changed to statically linked version and upgraded to latest
version (1.0.102).
- Live score - auto posting period was always 5 minutes. Fixed to accept
change to different value. (TNX IK2NCJ)
