The recommended CAT interface setting for Elecraft K3, K3S, KX3 and KX2 is to use 38400bps, 8 bit,
no parity and 1 stop bit and 300ms polling interval.

For KX3, KX2 and K3/K3S without sub receiver the menu option
Options|Interface specific options|Use SPLIT command in SO2V technique
should be disabled. For K3/K3S with a sub receiver, it should be enabled.

When recording voice messages for the internal voice keyer on KX2 and KX3,
recording should be started by pressing the XMIT button on the radio but terminated
by pressing ESC on the computer's keyboard.

For K3/K3S with sub receiver, diversity is supported. It can either be enabled by
pressing [Ctrl][-] or [Ctrl][Keypad Subtract] or by a long press on the radio's SUB button.
Diversity is indicated with a DIV icon below in the "seven segment" frequency counter in
the radio/band map window.
