[DXLog.net - Support] Problem

Hi Wayne.

Try to hold CTRL while starting DXLog.net.
This happens when main window coordinates are remembered somehow outside of
the screen area.
If you hold CTRL key when DXLog.net is starting, window coordinates are
restored to default values and DXLog.net should be visible.
